Can I share my registration with another person?

Splitting or sharing a registration is not allowed under any circumstance. Even if you only want to attend part of Symposium you cannot share your registration with another delegate.

Can I register to attend just one session of Symposium?

No. Registrations for Symposium are for the full day, which covers attendance to the entire day’s program. Delegates cannot register to attend a single session or a half-day session.

Do I need to select my sessions prior to the day?

During registration we ask that you indicate which tracks you would like to attend on the day, this helps us with ensuring we have adequate capacity for popular sessions. However, on the day you are free to attend any sessions across the seven tracks available. The plenary sessions will be delivered across two rooms in order to accommodate our largest Symposium audience to date. In Plaza Auditorium delegates can hear from our speaker face-to-face, and in Boulevard Auditorium the presentations will be livestreamed, be sure to arrive on-time and secure your seat in your preferred room.

When do registrations close?

Tickets are available until 5pm, Friday 14 March 2025, unless sold out prior.

Can I cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your registration, please send your request via email to events@qls.com.au.

If we receive your cancellation at least 7 days before the event (not including the event day), we'll refund your registration fee minus a 30% cancellation fee. If the cancellation request comes in 7 days or less before the event (again, not including the event day), unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund. Full QLS events terms and conditions can be found here.

Is the event hybrid?

While we will be recording the Symposium, it will not be available for viewing on the day of the event. Attendance is in person only.
