Seller disclosure is the latest property law reform, set to take effect on 1 August 2025, bringing significant changes for practitioners handling property transactions. Now is the time to register and start preparing firm procedures to ensure a smooth transition. Join us at the Seller Disclosure Roadshow to gain insights into the impact of these reforms on your practice, the prescribed disclosure forms and the latest updates to REIQ contracts. This event is open to members, non-members, and support staff (including paralegals and conveyancing personnel) from across Queensland. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
