Advanced Business Law Workshop:
This workshop delves into the technical and compelling aspects of business law practice, areas often fraught with risk for legal professionals. - The recovery of NDIS expenses in complex NDIS claims: Recent case law highlights the need for careful consideration to be given to evidentiary issues if expenses are to be recovered for the past or the future. This session considers legal issues and principles, an overview of the NDIS Scheme and the philosophy behind it, and a suggested approach to deal with the evidentiary difficulties that practitioners will face with these more complex NDIS claims.
